By booking a training session with LHTC, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Booking and Payment
-Confirmation: A seat is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.
-Pricing: All prices are as listed on the product page. We reserve the right to
change prices; however, the price at the time of your booking will be honored.
-Currency: All transactions are processed in EGP.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is based on the notice period
provided:
Notice Period & Refund Amount

• 14+ days before course
  start : 100% Refund (minus a small admin fee, if
  applicable)
• 7–13 days before course
  start : 50% Refund or 100% Credit toward a future course
• Less than 7 days : No refund available
• No-show No refund or credit available

* Refunds are subject to a administration fee to cover transaction costs

3. Rescheduling
-Client Rescheduling: You may request to move your booking to a different date
up to [7] days before the start of the course at no extra cost (subject to
availability).
-Company Rescheduling: In the rare event that LHTC must cancel or postpone
a session (due to instructor illness or low enrollment), you will be offered a full
refund or a seat in the next available session. We are not responsible for any
travel or peripheral costs incurred.

4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, including PDFs, videos, and worksheets provided during the
course, are for your personal/internal use only. You may not record the sessions,
redistribute materials, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
5. Access to Digital Content
If your training includes online modules, access is granted to the registered user only.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of
access without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our training is designed to provide high-quality professional development, LHTC
does not guarantee specific business outcomes or career advancements. We are not
liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the application of the skills taught in
our courses.
