Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life.

A small amount of stress can be good, motivating you to perform well. But multiple challenges daily can push you beyond your ability to cope.

Stress Management helps people in all life areas to deal with stress correctly and do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.

Dr. Nevein got her Healthcare Management Diploma from AUC, and her Master Degree in Public Health Management from Birmingham University in UK.

She also teach Monitoring and Evaluation in AUC as part of the M&E Diploma Degree.
