LHTC is conducting a free online webinar to give people and businesses who want to change the community a chance to discuss the fundamentals of Gender Equality.

This session's main objective is to assist individuals and organizations in integrating gender equality and women's empowerment (GEWE) into their workplaces and communities.

We will discuss the advantages of gender equality in the workplace, how effective it is, and what is your responsibility in implementing GEWE in your workplace through human resources (HR) policies and practices, in addition to creating an environment that supports women's equal access to managerial and professional opportunities, recruitment, retention, and promotion as a manager or a colleague.
