Overview
The MS Power BI training is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize Microsoft Power BI, a powerful business intelligence and data visualization tool. This training program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the features, functionalities, and best practices associated with Power BI, enabling participants to leverage the tool's capabilities to make data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Mastering using Excel and Power BI to:
- Transform Data using Power Query Editor
- Add visuals to build his own report
- Creating full Report from one or multiple data sources.
- Determine the required insights for his business
- Write DAX functions to reach the required KPIs and insights
- Publish the report to the Power BI Service
- Collaborate the report with others
Prerequisites:
- It’s preferred to have good knowledge at Excel
- Working with functions like VLOOKUP, IF , SUMIFS
- Can write simple functions in Excel
Part 1 - Data Analysis Using:
- Module 1: Analyzing using Pivot Table
- Module 2: Creating Interactive Dashboard
- Module 3 : Data Modeling using Power Pivot
- Module 4 : Data Transformation using Power Query
Part 2 - Data Analysis Using:
- Module 1 : Getting Started with Power BI
- Module 2 : Magic of Data Visualization using Power BI
- Module 3: Practical Projects ( Appling all the previous features )
