Overview

The MS Power BI training is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize Microsoft Power BI, a powerful business intelligence and data visualization tool. This training program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the features, functionalities, and best practices associated with Power BI, enabling participants to leverage the tool's capabilities to make data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Mastering using Excel and Power BI to:
  • Transform Data using Power Query Editor
  • Add visuals to build his own report
  • Creating full Report from one or multiple data sources.
  • Determine the required insights for his business
  • Write DAX functions to reach the required KPIs and insights
  • Publish the report to the Power BI Service
  • Collaborate the report with others

Prerequisites:

  • It’s preferred to have good knowledge at Excel
  • Working with functions like VLOOKUP, IF , SUMIFS
  • Can write simple functions in Excel

Part 1 - Data Analysis Using:

  • Module 1: Analyzing using Pivot Table
  • Module 2: Creating Interactive Dashboard
  • Module 3 : Data Modeling using Power Pivot
  • Module 4 : Data Transformation using Power Query

Part 2 - Data Analysis Using:

  • Module 1 : Getting Started with Power BI
  • Module 2 : Magic of Data Visualization using Power BI
  • Module 3: Practical Projects ( Appling all the previous features )
