Leadership Business Simulation
Overview:
Wallbreakers® is a simulation about change leadership and the implementation and anchoring of organizational transformations.
The objective is to motivate employees to be involved in the desired change and how various phases of change processes require different forms of leadership.
The participants work together in small groups and are responsible for navigating a team of fictitious employees through a change process in three phases.
