This workshop focuses on the budgeting process in a business and its relation with the planning process. Participants will benefit with practice and real examples to gain the following:

• Be familiar with the different types of planning that a business do.
• Understand the budget process and the order in which the different budgets are prepared.
• Be able to make different budgeting calculations.
• Be familiar with forecasting techniques
• Do top-level planning and analysis, deals with pro forma financial statements and their use in strategic planning.
