Overview:

Change should be embraced and used for the growth of any organization. Many change management gurus have focused on soft issues, such as culture, leadership, and motivation. Such elements are important for success, but managing these aspects alone isn’t sufficient to implement transformation projects. Soft factors don’t directly influence the outcomes of many change programs. An organization that plans and prepares for change is better able to overcome these challenges.

Change Management workshop concentrate on planning, preparation and implementation stages of a change to allow organizations to grow steadily in spite of constant changes caused by both internal and external forces. Participants will be able to :
